January 13, 2014, Legions Holding Group signed Agreement in Korea with Yellow Sea Free Economic Zone(YESFEZ) on development in Hyeondeok District. The project is located in Hyeondeok, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, covering 2.32 million M². This marks the first step of Legions Holding Group to go into the Korean real estate market.

The strategic objective for YESFEZ is to develop a knowledge-based innovative economic zone and establish a gateway for export to China. YESFEZ is pursuing a comprehensive development scheme integrating logistics, production, R&D and international business, as well as residential, education, entertainment facilities. YESFEZ also provides various incentives such as financial subsidies and tax exemptions/reductions for foreign investors.

In proximity of YESFEZ are Inchon International airport, Pyeongtaek Port, and Dongjin Port. YESFEZ has established a transport system running in all directions with the operation of the West Coast   Expressway (Yellow Sea Highway), Gyeongbu (Seoul-Busan) Expressway (North and South), East-West   Expressway (East and West) and High-speed railroad (KTX). Within a radius of 100km, YESFEZ covers a huge consumption market with about 27.38 million people (54% of the Korean population).
