The concentrated signing ceremony of Chongqing Nanchuan District’s investment inviting project was held at Hengan Daisi Hotel at 11:00 on May 18, 2015. It is centrally signed 22 projects with a total investment of 30.78 billion Yuan. The signing ceremony today has refreshed the record that Nanchuan District formally signed up more projects than before and reached the largest amount of investment.

Secretary of commission of Nanchuan District Li Mingqing presided over the signing ceremony and delivered a speech, on behalf of District commission, the District People's Congress, the district government, District CPPCC, he showed a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all entrepreneurs, ladies and gentlemen who participated in the signing ceremony of inviting investments of Nanchuan project. The successful 22 projects will accelerate the construction of Nanchuan "strong industrial zone, tourist destinations, eco-garden" and will bring a positive and profound impact on the economic transformation and economic upgrading of Nanchuan.

The chairman of Legions Holdings Group Mr. Wen Jianming attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches. FIA's top circuit will be introduced by Legions Holdings, and the project will be built as a multifunctional urban culture complex includes a set of car races, supporting service industries, tourism, business and exhibition, sports and leisure activities, shopping and entertainment, and living. 

At the same time, Mr. Wen Jianming accepted a number of interviews from local Medias.
