To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China and the first anniversary of Beijing Olympics Games, “Olympics China” Sports TV Program Excellence Prizes was awarded to CSPN by China TV Artists Association. Two programs made by CSPN, Different Vernal Red and Sports Night Report, were awarded in the Best News Category and the Top Ten Sports Programs respectively.
